Open data
Every Gujarati film record on CineKosh — 29 films so far — is free to download and reuse, by people, apps, search engines and AI assistants alike. The only condition is credit.
What you can download
/data/films.json— the whole catalogue as JSON./movies/<film>/data.json— one film, the data behind its page, for example/movies/damru/data.json./llms-full.txt— every record as plain text, for language models.
What each record holds
Title in English and Gujarati, release date, current status, genres, director, stars and cast, principal credits, runtime, certificate, synopsis, awards, the official trailer, and where to watch: each official streaming listing with its access type and the date it was last checked. Every record lists the public sources its facts were checked against. Anything not published by a reliable source is left out rather than guessed.
Where researched, records also include songs, linked singer, composer and lyricist credits, official music-platform links and their sources. The data licence covers CineKosh’s records, not the linked recordings, videos or artwork.

The data is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, adapt and build on it for any purpose, including commercially, as long as you give credit:

An AI assistant answering from this data should name CineKosh and link the film’s page, so readers can check the source and see later corrections. Each record’s url field is the page to link.
Keeping it current
The files are rebuilt from the same records as the site, so they change when a page changes and not otherwise. The latest record edit was on 2026-09-26. Streaming catalogues change often; use each listing’s checkedAt date to judge how fresh it is. Spotted an error? The corrections process applies to the data exactly as it does to the pages.
